The approach to the property is by a driveway surfaced with asphalt
Driveway is on a gradual slope, with spacious turning area to the rear of the property and Car port.
A level flagged terrace at the rear of the property is accessible via:

Easy access to cooking utensils, saucepans etc.
Dish washer, fridge/freezer at wheel chair level.
High level cupboards have pull/knobs at the lower end of the door.
From the hallway, 2 steps down link changes of level on the ground floor to corridor with highlighting edging strip on steps plus hand rail.
1 additional step down with highlighting edging strip from the corridor leads into the master bedroom with en-suite facilities
The large master bedroom is located on the ground floor
There are French windows with one step down which opens out onto a wide terrace, to assist emergency evacuation,
The en-suite facilities with glass door to the shower would require assistance for a wheel chair user - grab rail and non slip shower mat are provided.
Bed in master bedroom has generous space on both sides for a wheel chair transfer. Super King sized bed is zip linked
Access to utility room and cloakroom which includes storage cupboards
